As a Strategy Expert at WPP Media, you will be an integral part of the Strategy Team, collaborating to transform client business objectives into effective media strategies. In this role, you will develop and refine advanced media strategies, leveraging deep knowledge in media sufficiency, flighting, buying tactics, and the latest market trends. You will translate comprehensive consumer insights into engaging and effective strategic implementations, utilizing advanced audience analyses for precise targeting and campaign optimization across diverse media channels. Additionally, you will support client teams in crafting compelling recommendations and presentations, translating complex strategic visions into clear business benefits, and design and implement pioneering media solutions that not only achieve client business goals but also open new avenues for growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the media industry, with a proven track record in creating and implementing media and digital strategies. You should possess the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, persuasive conclusions and media recommendations that lead to actionable outcomes. A deep understanding of client business objectives and the ability to translate marketing activities into measurable results and ROI are essential. Proficiency in marketing and media research, coupled with a natural inclination for continuous learning and exploring new tools, is highly valued. Comprehensive knowledge of offline and online media planning, including understanding which media tactics and KPIs are crucial for achieving diverse marketing goals, is required. Familiarity with econometrics, data strategy, and comfort in exploring AI potential in the context of media strategies are also important. An open mind, the ability to ask pertinent questions, curiosity, and a relentless pursuit of the best, innovative solutions are key attributes.
