3D Print Production Associate

Formlabs is seeking reliable, hands-on team members to join our 3D printing production team in Billerica, MA. As a 3D Print Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in operating advanced 3D printers to produce parts for customers worldwide. No prior experience with 3D printing is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating 3D printers and other production equipment, cleaning and finishing printed parts, inspecting products for quality, and preparing items for shipment. Maintaining organization and cleanliness in your work area, adhering to quality standards and safety procedures, and collaborating effectively with teammates and supervisors are essential aspects of the position. Meeting daily production goals is a key component of the role.

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. While prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or similar roles is helpful, it is not required. Candidates should be able to work independently and efficiently after training and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, willing to assist wherever needed.

This full-time, hourly position offers a competitive wage of $20 per hour.
