Senior Technical Program Manager

Formlabs is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the development of innovative 3D printing products. This role involves collaborating with design teams and product stakeholders to bring new technologies from concept to production. The position is based in Somerville, MA, and requires in-person attendance.

The Senior Technical Program Manager will oversee the strategy, planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical products. Responsibilities include managing program budgets, creating and maintaining product cost models, and acting as the primary liaison between program teams and key stakeholders. The role also involves defining project scopes, developing program plans, and monitoring project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of program management experience, a deep understanding of technical product design life cycles, and strong problem-solving skills. The ability to apply technical knowledge to drive decision-making and a business-minded approach to program decisions are essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a B.S. degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline are required.
