Candidates should possess 5–8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or workforce solutions sales, with at least 2–3+ years in EOR global employment or HR compliance. A proven track record of selling into global or multi-region markets is essential. Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and other sales enablement tools is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures, are crucial.
