Account Executive, Banking
LeafLink is seeking a results-driven Account Executive specializing in banking solutions for cannabis operators. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our suite of financial services, building relationships with cannabis businesses to support their growth in a highly regulated industry. You will focus on strategic, high-revenue clients, providing customized solutions that address their unique financial needs.
Key responsibilities include building relationships with senior financial executives across cannabis retailers, maximizing customer adoption and revenue potential of LeafLink’s financial products, and staying updated on trends and regulations in both the cannabis and financial services sectors. You will identify pain points related to cannabis banking, compliance, and financial management, offering tailored solutions that add value. Additionally, you will develop scalable pitch narratives and collaborate with product, compliance, and relationship management teams to deliver top-notch service and satisfaction to clients.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in financial services and/or fintech, with a proven ability to manage and prioritize a pipeline of deals. You should demonstrate the ability to understand and articulate various financial products such as loans, lines of credit, trade credit, factoring, banking, and treasury management. Success in this role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment, with a tenacious approach to exploiting opportunities and a steady demeanor to handle challenges.
