The Account Executive role in Boston is a pivotal position within InKind's sales team, focusing on sourcing, qualifying, and closing new restaurant partnerships to drive revenue growth. This role involves proactive engagement with potential partners, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Candidates must reside in the Boston area and may be required to travel up to 25% outside the primary market.

Ideal candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the hospitality, fintech, or SaaS sectors, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with proficiency in Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience working with restaurants or food-related entities is preferred, and a background in a startup environment is advantageous.

InKind offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $100,000 plus an uncapped on-target earnings (OTE) of $60,000.
