Senior Director, Security & Compliance

In this role, the Senior Director will develop and execute inKind's enterprise security strategy, policies, standards, and operating procedures. They will lead audit readiness and certification programs, including SOC 2, PCI DSS, and privacy programs, and manage security operations, monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, and threat detection. Additionally, the Senior Director will oversee corporate IT operations, including endpoint and device management, internal systems, and helpdesk support, ensuring a secure and productive workforce across the company's office and distributed environments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in information security, compliance, and risk management, with a proven track record in leading enterprise security programs at a high-tech, cloud-first software or SaaS company. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to build and lead high-performing teams, are essential. The candidate should also possess expertise in developing and executing security strategies, managing compliance programs, and overseeing corporate IT operations.
