Account Executive - Tampa

The Account Executive role in Tampa is designed for proactive and collaborative sales professionals who excel in building relationships and driving sales growth. This position is remote within the Tampa area, with occasional travel to partner restaurants and potential clients.
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to source, qualify, and close new restaurant partners, aiming to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. You will maintain a consistent pipeline by re-engaging previous leads and lost opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients. Collaboration with the Onboarding Team is essential to ensure smooth integrations for new partners, and you will work closely with Marketing and demand generation teams to refine acquisition strategies. Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing and potential partners is key to securing future leads and referrals. Accurate tracking and updating of deals and communications in Salesforce is expected.
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in a sales role with quota responsibilities, preferably in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS sectors. A strong sales acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build relationships quickly are essential. Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required. Preferred qualifications include over ten years in a sales role, experience working with restaurants or food-related entities, and a background in a start-up environment.
InKind offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $100,000 with an additional $60,000 in uncapped annual commission potential.
