Account Executive
Compass is seeking an Account Executive to join our Strategic Growth team in Austin, Texas. This fully onsite role involves significant client and prospect engagement in the field, complemented by administrative and collaborative tasks at our Austin office. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding Compass's market presence by recruiting top-producing real estate agents.
Key responsibilities include driving net-new revenue by effectively communicating Compass's value proposition, which encompasses technology, marketing, culture, and growth opportunities. The Account Executive will engage directly with decision-makers, facilitating the transition of agents from their current brokerages to Compass. This process requires building strong relationships, understanding agents' business needs, and demonstrating how Compass can enhance their success.
The ideal candidate will possess a B.A. or B.S. degree and have at least five years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to solve complex problems independently are essential. Excellent communication skills are required to lead client meetings and presentations effectively. The candidate should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple deadlines simultaneously, and have a proven track record of excellence in strategic and operational roles.
Compass offers a competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, with potential bonuses between $30,000 and $60,000, and additional performance-based incentives. The compensation package may also include restricted stock units and a comprehensive range of benefits, such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and parental leave.
