Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven reporting. A proven track record of managing initiatives within large-scale systems, familiarity with modern software development practices, and knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures are also required. Self-motivation and the ability to create a sense of urgency in an entrepreneurial setting are crucial.

The base pay range for this position is $128,500 to $193,000, with actual compensation varying based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a comprehensive range of benefits. Base pay is determined by market location, with a commitment to meeting minimum wage requirements.
