Performance Advisor
The Performance Advisor role at Compass is integral to enhancing agent conversion rates and revenue outcomes. This position involves direct collaboration with agents and field leadership to optimize engagement, nurturing, and conversion of inbound leads. As a performance-driven role, it focuses on agent success, product adoption, and revenue growth, ensuring adherence to best practices and program expectations.
Key responsibilities include providing actionable coaching based on performance data, reinforcing consistent execution of performance frameworks, and holding agents accountable to program standards. The role also involves monitoring agent performance metrics, identifying gaps, creating targeted improvement plans, and partnering with Sales Managers to address underperformance. Additionally, the Performance Advisor drives adoption of Compass tools, ensures their effective use, and connects product usage to performance outcomes.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in real estate, proptech, or marketplace sales performance roles, with a deep understanding of residential transaction flow and agent workflows. Proven experience in coaching or managing sales professionals, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills are essential. A high accountability orientation and comfort in setting performance standards are also required.
The expected base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, with potential bonuses and restricted stock units as part of the compensation package.
