Performance Advisor

The Performance Advisor role at Compass is integral to enhancing agent conversion rates by providing data-driven coaching and ensuring adherence to best practices. This position operates within the Strategic Partnerships team, focusing on the CIH Inventory & Leads Program, which collaborates with partners like and Rocket Mortgage to generate a diverse lead pipeline for agents.

Key responsibilities include direct coaching of agents to improve performance across the conversion funnel, monitoring key performance metrics, and implementing targeted improvement plans. The role also emphasizes driving the adoption of Compass tools and workflows, ensuring agents utilize these resources effectively to enhance client experiences. Additionally, the Performance Advisor will lead onboarding and training sessions, providing structured feedback to inform program evolution.

Candidates should possess over five years of experience in real estate, proptech, or marketplace sales performance roles, with a deep understanding of residential transaction processes and agent workflows. Proven experience in coaching or managing sales professionals, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills are essential. A high accountability orientation and comfort in holding performance standards are also required.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $100,000 to $115,000 annually, with potential bonuses and restricted stock units as part of the compensation package.
