Senior Technical Program Manager II
As a Senior Technical Program Manager II at Compass, you will lead high-impact initiatives within the Enterprise Technology team, focusing on enhancing the company's platform through technical improvements, third-party SaaS implementations, and process standardization. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of key programs, including detailed functional planning, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing third-party software management, driving strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs, and collaborating closely with product, design, engineering, and operations leadership. Additionally, you will act as a key contributor to the agile practice at Compass, driving operational excellence and process improvement across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a BS/MS in Computer Science or a related engineering field, along with over seven years of experience in technical program management within a high-paced tech environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is a proven track record of successful program management across multiple teams. Familiarity with modern software development practices and technologies, such as containerization, microservices architecture, and continuous integration and delivery, is also required. Experience in managing third-party software relationships and configurations is highly valued.
The base pay range for this position is $128,500 to $193,000, with actual compensation varying based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a comprehensive range of benefits. Base pay is determined by market location, with a commitment to meeting minimum wage requirements.
