As an Account Executive on Axon's Corrections Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming state correctional systems by leading complex, enterprise-wide sales efforts. Axon is dedicated to protecting life and making the world a safer place through innovative technology solutions. This position offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change within historically under-innovated environments.

In this role, you will own and execute strategies for a multi-state corrections territory, focusing on long-term revenue growth and market expansion. Your responsibilities include developing and executing account plans, leading complex, multi-year sales cycles, building and maintaining executive-level relationships, and identifying high-value opportunities. You will act as the quarterback of the deal, orchestrating cross-functional teams to win complex opportunities and selling across a portfolio of integrated solutions.

The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of quota-carrying sales experience, consistently exceeding targets in complex enterprise or public sector environments. Proven success in owning and scaling a multi-state or highly strategic territory, leading large, complex sales cycles, and closing high-value, multi-year deals within large organizations is essential. Experience in driving organizational transformation through new technology adoption and the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships are also required.

Axon offers a competitive salary and 401k with employer match, discretionary paid time off, paid parental leave for all, medical, dental, and vision plans, fitness programs, emotional and mental wellness support, learning and development programs, and employee resource groups. These benefits are designed to support employees physically, financially, and emotionally through significant milestones and everyday life.

Joining Axon means becoming part of a mission-driven company committed to protecting life and making the world a safer place. The company fosters a fast-paced, challenging, and meaningful work environment where employees are encouraged to take ownership and drive real change. Axon values diverse perspectives and is dedicated to building teams that reflect the communities they serve, offering opportunities for growth and development within the organization.
