Account Executive - Dallas
The Account Executive - Dallas at inKind is a proactive sales role focused on establishing and nurturing partnerships with restaurant clients in the Dallas area. This position is integral to inKind's mission of connecting diners with exceptional restaurants, aiming to increase sales while maintaining high service standards for restaurant partners.
Key responsibilities include sourcing, qualifying, and closing new restaurant partnerships to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas. The role involves maintaining a consistent pipeline by re-engaging previous leads, acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, collaborating with the Onboarding Team for smooth launches, and working cross-functionally with Marketing and demand generation to refine acquisition strategies. Additionally, the Account Executive is expected to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners to secure future leads and referrals, and accurately track and update deals and communications in Salesforce.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a quota-exceeding sales role, preferably in Hospitality, FinTech, or SaaS sectors. A "hunter" mentality with solid sales and business acumen is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly. An extensive customer network, experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and a background in working with restaurants or food-related entities are preferred.
The compensation package includes a base salary of $100,000 with an uncapped on-target earnings (OTE) of $60,000.
