Account Executive (ENT/Strategic) (Hybrid)
The Account Executive (Enterprise/Strategic) position at KnowBe4 involves managing assigned customer accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within those accounts. This role focuses on promoting and selling KnowBe4's products and services to enterprise-sized businesses with over 1,500 employees, aiming to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas. The position is based in Clearwater, Florida, with a hybrid work arrangement available for candidates in the greater Tampa Bay area.
Key responsibilities include promoting and selling KnowBe4's range of products and services, identifying and closing new customers, and building and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers by developing and managing relationships with prospects. The role also involves forecasting new business prospects, identifying key decision-makers through cold calling, networking, and high-level prospecting, and articulating the value proposition of KnowBe4's products to help customers improve their security awareness training and overall security.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, with at least three years of experience selling software to small and medium enterprises. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT security field is essential, along with experience using Salesforce and Gmail. A bachelor's degree is a plus, and certifications such as Network+ or Security+ are preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a stats-driven approach, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are also required.
Compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 annually, including base salary, bonuses, and commissions.
