CISO Advisor (Fluent in Japanese) (Position located in Tokyo, Japan)
The CISO Advisor at KnowBe4 is a pivotal role focused on promoting the company's Human Risk Management (HRM+) solutions, including advanced security awareness training. This position involves representing KnowBe4's values and messaging through various public platforms, such as social media, webinars, industry conferences, and media engagements. The advisor collaborates closely with the Public Relations and Marketing departments to enhance the company's visibility and thought leadership in cybersecurity.
Key responsibilities include serving as a thought leader by creating and sharing content through blogs, social media, and public speaking engagements. The advisor is expected to speak at conferences to bolster KnowBe4's reputation in the cybersecurity domain, work with executive leadership and product teams to understand and communicate the product roadmap effectively, and develop compelling presentations and webinars to drive demand for KnowBe4's products. Additionally, the role involves building relationships with other vendors to amplify the company's message and staying current on security issues to provide relevant feedback and content.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with experience in information security, public speaking, and media interviews. Proficiency in using social media for audience engagement is essential. Familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers is required. Holding a CISSP or similar certification is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Japanese, excellent time management, and the ability to explain complex security concepts to diverse audiences are crucial for success in this role.
