Account Executive, Meal Programs (Remote)
As an Account Executive for Meal Programs at ezCater, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our innovative meal solutions tailored for workplaces. This position involves collaborating with a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and driving growth within the company. ezCater is a leading food tech platform in the U.S., connecting organizations with a vast network of over 125,000 restaurants nationwide to simplify and manage their food needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies to acquire new Meal Program customers and locations, both within existing accounts and new relationships. This entails identifying sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and managing inbound leads to achieve sales targets. You will oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from qualifying prospects and conducting discovery sessions to delivering product demonstrations and facilitating negotiations. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end process of launching our Relish program in various account types.
To excel in this role, you should possess at least three years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, particularly within complex organizational structures. Experience in overlay or specialist roles that emphasize cross-team collaboration is highly valued. Proficiency in forecasting sales projections, monitoring pipelines, and a proven track record of managing the complete sales cycle are essential. Familiarity with selling to HR professionals, facilities coordinators, and employee benefit specialists, along with expertise in tools like G-Suite, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, will be advantageous.
The compensation package for this position includes a base salary of $69,000, complemented by a variable component of $46,000, totaling an on-target earnings of $115,000 per year.
