The Senior Account Executive, Emerging Brands role at ezCater focuses on expanding the company's partnerships with emerging restaurant brands that have between 11 to 75 locations. As part of the Emerging Brands Team, this position employs a top-down sales strategy to engage with company leaders and decision-makers, promoting the adoption of ezCater's comprehensive catering solutions. ezCater is a leading food tech platform in the U.S., connecting organizations with over 125,000 restaurants nationwide to manage their food needs efficiently.

Key responsibilities include owning the onboarding process for high-value emerging brands, executing a consultative sales approach to identify and address caterer pain points, and driving consistent pipeline growth through strategic daily outreach. The role also involves conducting effective sales presentations, initiating continual follow-ups, educating partners on best practices, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Strategic Accounts, Partner Operations, Marketing, and Menus to ensure new partners are set up for success. Additionally, the position requires attending key industry events and building relationships with decision-makers to foster brand growth on ezCater.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of outbound sales experience, demonstrating the ability to communicate value and drive growth with high-value brand partners. Proficiency in pipeline management, strong industry knowledge, and exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential. The role also demands the ability to leverage data for decision-making, develop innovative solutions proactively, and work cross-functionally to achieve successful outcomes. Adaptability, self-motivation, and a positive, professional attitude reflecting the company's values are crucial attributes.

The compensation for this role includes a base salary and a variable component, totaling on-target earnings of $140,000 per year, with an additional target bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, and region, and may vary from the stated amount. This range does not represent additional compensation benefits such as equity, 401K, or medical, dental, or vision insurance.
