Senior Product Manager - Integration Platform (Remote)
As a Senior Product Manager at ezCater, you will lead the development of a unified Integration Platform within our next-generation platform, Nova. This role is pivotal in accelerating our ability to build, deploy, and scale integrations across various partner types, enhancing our competitive edge in the market. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create shared services, reusable connectors, and developer tools that streamline integration processes.
Your primary responsibilities include defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Integration Platform, focusing on reducing the time required to build and launch integrations. You will design and deliver core platform capabilities such as reusable connector frameworks, integration modeling, event-driven messaging, business-process orchestration, failure handling, reconciliation, credential management, and observability. Additionally, you will prioritize corporate-customer integration surfaces, develop a business-process orchestration layer, and create a developer experience that facilitates seamless integration with minimal support.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of product management experience, particularly in platform, infrastructure, or developer-tools products. A proven track record in building integration platforms, API platforms, iPaaS, or middleware products is essential. Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, including REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, message queues, ETL/ELT, OAuth/SAML, and data reconciliation, is required. Experience with workflow orchestration engines or business-process automation is highly valued. Excellent analytical abilities, teamwork, and collaboration skills are also crucial for success in this role.
The compensation for this position ranges from $161,000 to $213,000 annually, with final offers determined by factors such as prior experience, expertise, and region. This range does not include additional benefits like equity, 401(k) matching, or medical, dental, and vision insurance.
