As an Account Executive at Trustpilot's Hamburg office, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the DACH mid-market segment. This position involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, contributing significantly to our growth in the region. Trustpilot is a high-growth FTSE-250 company operating the world's largest independent consumer review platform, aiming to become the universal symbol of trust.

Your primary responsibilities will include proactively seeking out untapped market segments and potential new customers, building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads, and analyzing prospective customers' needs to present tailored solutions. You will lead successful contract negotiations, close new partnerships, and consistently exceed monthly sales targets through various channels such as cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English and possess experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, preferably within the SaaS industry. Confidence in presenting, a problem-solving mindset, and knowledge of e-commerce, market research, or data analysis are advantageous. Ambition, independence, and a results-oriented approach are essential qualities for success in this role.
