Account Executive - Mid-Market and Enterprise (German-speaking)
ROLLER is seeking an experienced German-speaking Account Executive to join our expanding team in London. As a global software-as-a-service company operating in over 30 countries, ROLLER provides innovative solutions to the leisure and attractions industry, including ticketing, point-of-sale, self-serve kiosks, memberships, and digital waivers. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing guest experiences worldwide.
In this position, you will manage inbound leads and collaborate with a Business Development Representative to generate new outbound pipelines. Responsibilities include researching prospective customers, identifying upsell opportunities, and developing outreach strategies. You will conduct discovery calls to understand client objectives and present tailored solutions that align with their goals. Additionally, you will be accountable for meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, ensuring accurate forecasting, and working closely with internal teams and partners to close deals.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing/Sales, Business, or a related field and possesses 5-7 years of experience in closing sales roles, preferably within the SaaS industry. Fluency in both German and English is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal, and prospecting skills are required, along with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Technological proficiency and the capacity to quickly learn and demonstrate new technologies are also important.
