Account Executive, Small City
As an Account Executive, Small City at Axon, you will manage the full sales cycle for law enforcement agencies with 16–40 sworn officers. This role involves building trusted, long-term relationships with clients and guiding them through the adoption of Axon's technology solutions to enhance public safety and community trust.
Your primary responsibilities include prospecting and engaging with potential clients, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and closing sales. You will also identify opportunities for account expansion, such as renewals and upsells, while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce. The position requires up to 20% travel to client sites and industry events.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with 2–3 years of full-cycle sales experience, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing. Proven success in a quota-carrying role, strong CRM proficiency, and excellent communication skills are essential. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple accounts is also important.
