Account Executive - SMB UK Markets
As an Account Executive for SMB UK Markets at Trustpilot, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by introducing new small and medium-sized businesses to the world's largest independent consumer review platform. Operating from our London office with a hybrid work setup, you will be part of a dynamic sales team dedicated to fostering trust between consumers and businesses.
Your primary responsibilities will include generating new business opportunities across various UK market verticals, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, and collaborating closely with internal teams such as Customer Success, Trials, Partnerships, and Sales Development to deliver optimal solutions to our clients. Additionally, you will work alongside our marketing team to convert inbound leads from events, webinars, and case studies, while building and managing a robust pipeline to consistently meet and exceed your targets.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong drive for continuous learning and improvement, along with knowledge of SaaS business models, e-commerce, or the online reviews market. Proven ability to identify, engage, and close deals with senior decision-makers is essential, as is familiarity with the e-commerce landscape and key industry players.
