Account Executive - South
The Account Executive - South at Interface AI will serve as the primary driver of new business within the Southern United States, focusing on identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with prospective clients. This role is integral to Interface AI's mission of transforming the banking experience through its proprietary BankGPT platform, aiming to provide a universal banking assistant that enhances financial well-being for millions of consumers.
Key responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close, utilizing methodologies such as Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC to uncover client pain points and align on business outcomes. The Account Executive will also identify and cultivate expansion opportunities within existing accounts to increase annual recurring revenue and drive revenue growth. Collaboration with Marketing, Sales Development, and Product teams is essential to refine messaging, targeting, and go-to-market strategies.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in a full-cycle sales or account executive role, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry. A strong track record of sourcing and closing new business, preferably with mid-market and enterprise clients, is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset are also essential. Experience selling AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms is a strong plus.
On-Target Earnings for this position are expected to be between $220,000 and $300,000, comprising base salary and commissions. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
