BDR Manager
Interface AI is seeking a BDR Manager to lead and mentor a team of 3-6 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in our Palo Alto office. As a key player in our sales organization, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and play a pivotal role in scaling our business development efforts. Our mission is to transform the banking experience by providing hyper-personalized, secure, and seamless interactions through our AI-powered platform.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily stand-ups, conducting call reviews, and providing data-driven feedback to your team. You will carry your own "player-coach" quota for qualified meetings, consistently exceeding targets to model best practices. Additionally, you will design, test, and optimize multi-touch cadences using tools such as Nooks, HubSpot, and Salesforce. Building automated list segmentation, triggers, and enrichment workflows to maintain a clean and full sales funnel will also be part of your duties.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing a small BDR/SDR team and 2 years of individual contributor success, consistently meeting or exceeding meeting quotas. Expertise in prospecting credit unions and community or regional banks is preferred, along with hands-on mastery of tools like Nooks, HubSpot, and Salesforce. A knack for writing compelling, value-driven copy and a data-driven coaching mindset are essential. Candidates should reside in the Bay Area and be willing to work from our South Bay office 4-5 days per week.
Compensation for this role is expected to be between $140,000 and $200,000, comprising a mix of salary and variable compensation. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
