Account Executive, Upmarket (LE)
As an Account Executive at Chime Enterprise, you will lead direct sales efforts targeting large employers with workforces ranging from 10,000 to 35,000 employees. This role is pivotal in developing strategic account relationships, refining account management processes, and identifying partnership opportunities. Operating within a dynamic startup division of Chime, you will have the opportunity to influence the go-to-market strategy and contribute significantly to the company's growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include crafting personalized pitches that align Chime's solutions with the specific needs of large employers. Engaging prospects through discovery calls, demonstrations, and in-person meetings, you will employ a consultative sales approach to close deals. Additionally, you will execute a scalable sales strategy encompassing cold calling, emailing, and social selling to build a robust pipeline, collaborating closely with the Business Development team to convert leads.
To excel in this role, you should possess over 8 years of sales experience, preferably in outbound or consultative environments. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is essential. Experience in payroll, Human Capital Management (HCM), benefits, or financial wellness solutions is preferred. Strong skills in prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and social selling are required, along with the ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers. Self-motivation, goal orientation, and proactivity in driving sales opportunities are key attributes for success.
The base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $165,000, with the potential for higher compensation based on location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
