Key responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closure, and utilizing methodologies like Sandler or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC to align on business outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine go-to-market strategies and advocating for client needs within the organization.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with over three years of experience in a full-cycle sales or account executive role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry. A proven track record of sourcing and closing new business, excellent communication skills, and experience with AI-powered technologies or customer experience platforms are highly desirable.
The compensation package offers on-target earnings between $220,000 and $300,000, combining base salary and commissions, with exact figures varying based on skills and location.
