As an Account Manager, Delivery Solutions at Cohere Health, you will be an integral part of the Provider & User Management team, responsible for managing a portfolio of provider practices and health systems. This role serves as the primary point of contact for these providers, ensuring a proactive and supportive experience that aligns with Cohere's mission to streamline access to quality care through improved payer-provider collaboration.

In this position, your key responsibilities include delivering education, training, and ongoing support to assigned providers to ensure successful engagement with Cohere's programs and workflows. You will act as a liaison between Cohere and providers participating in government-sponsored health plans, addressing platform and administrative questions, supporting provider training, and ensuring compliance with payer requirements and regulatory obligations. Additionally, you will manage and resolve provider escalations, lead provider onboarding and program implementation efforts, and proactively engage providers through targeted outreach to optimize prior authorization workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, with a PMP or similar project management certification preferred. A minimum of three years of experience in the healthcare industry in roles such as account management, client services, provider relations, network operations, or network development is required. Experience working with government healthcare programs, including engagement with provider and/or member populations, is essential. Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare environments, managed care models, and prior authorization processes is also necessary. Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, along with an analytical mindset and proficiency in tools such as Excel, are critical for success in this role. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to travel up to approximately 35% within the mid-Atlantic region are also required.

Cohere Health offers a fully remote opportunity with about 35% travel. The compensation package includes a salary range of $100,000 to $115,000 annually, along with medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, and an Employee Assistance Program.
