Senior Payment Solutions Manager
The Senior Payment Solutions Manager at Cohere Health will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's payment integrity services to new payer clients. This position involves leading the development of strategies and business cases for payment integrity transformation, ensuring alignment between sales and operational teams to effectively meet client needs. Key responsibilities include becoming an expert on market and technology trends affecting payment integrity and claim adjudication within health plans. The role requires engaging with payer executives to advise on best practices and opportunities for enhancing their payment integrity functions. Additionally, the manager will lead consultative processes to help prospects develop strategies and business cases for payment integrity transformation, collaborating with various internal teams to recommend tailored solutions and ensure seamless implementation.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, with a preference for a graduate degree in a relevant field such as an MBA or MPH. A minimum of seven years of experience in a similar role within a payment integrity vendor, health-tech company, healthcare consulting firm, or health plan is required. The role demands deep experience in working with health insurance plans across different lines of business, a strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, claims reimbursement, and payment integrity, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
The position offers a fully remote work environment with approximately 20% travel.
