Account Manager Denmark
As an Account Manager for the Danish market at Trustpilot, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our presence in our home country. Based in our Copenhagen headquarters, you will join a newly established team dedicated to enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction within Denmark. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the Country Manager to drive growth and reinforce Trustpilot's mission as the universal symbol of trust.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Danish customers, serving as their primary point of contact. Your day-to-day activities will include analyzing market trends and customer behaviors to identify growth opportunities, developing tailored strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensuring clients fully utilize their subscriptions. Additionally, you will focus on increasing renewal rates, reducing churn, and identifying upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Danish and proficient in English, with 1-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, preferably within the software, digital, or online marketing industries. A strong commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs is essential, as is experience managing customer portfolios with a focus on high renewal and retention rates. Proven experience in B2B sales or account management with subscription-based models and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders are also key qualifications.
