Account Manager I
As an Account Manager I at First Connect Insurance Services, you will be instrumental in expanding our network by converting new leads into active users of our digital insurance platform. This role focuses on onboarding independent insurance agencies, serving as their primary point of contact, and guiding them through the integration process. First Connect is a digital platform that provides independent insurance agents access to over 130 top U.S. carriers, offering a range of policies including home, auto, and small business insurance.
Your daily responsibilities will include engaging with prospective agencies who have shown interest through marketing efforts or lead generation channels. This involves conducting high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and SMS to present platform benefits, vetting agencies to assess their fit for platform participation, facilitating the sign-up and contract process, and supporting their onboarding and integration onto the platform. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of insurance sales experience and hold an active insurance license. Proficiency in navigating multiple software platforms and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience working in a remote environment and being self-motivated and goal-oriented are preferred qualifications.
This position offers a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 annually, with target sales commissions totaling an additional $30,000 annually.
