Success Account Manager
First Connect Insurance Services is seeking a Success Account Manager to oversee client relationships and business operations within a designated region. This role involves managing key accounts, driving regional growth, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. The primary objective is to enhance agent knowledge, understanding, and production with appointed carriers, while also supporting expansion with other carriers.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and scheduling and conducting agent training sessions. The role also involves identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development, as well as using data-driven analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Additionally, the Success Account Manager will collect and communicate feedback from training sessions to relevant departments to drive improvements and improve agency production by training new agencies and identifying and removing obstacles affecting current production.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with over five years of experience marketing Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance, including marketing to independent agents. Experience in training and developing agency staff, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to evaluate agency qualifications for appointment are essential. Experience selling and marketing P&C personal lines and commercial products, such as homeowners and personal auto insurance, is a plus. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills for both small and large groups are also required. An active TDI P&C license is required, with CPCU and/or CIC designations desirable.
