Account Manager I - Sign Up Team
As an Account Manager I on the Sign Up Team at First Connect Insurance, you will be instrumental in expanding our network of independent insurance agencies. This role involves engaging with prospective agents who have expressed interest through our marketing channels, guiding them through the onboarding process, and ensuring a seamless integration onto our digital platform. First Connect is dedicated to revolutionizing the tools available to insurance agents, providing access to over 150 carriers and a range of policies including home, auto, and small business insurance.
Your primary responsibilities will include conducting high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and SMS to present the benefits of our platform to potential agencies. You will assess the suitability of these agencies by verifying licensing and other credentials, facilitate the sign-up and contract execution processes, and support their onboarding to ensure they can effectively utilize our services. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to provide a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for each agency.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in insurance sales and hold an active insurance license. Proficiency in navigating multiple software platforms and strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience working in a remote environment and a self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude are preferred. Candidates must be based in or able to work within Pacific or Mountain Time zones.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 annually, with target sales commissions totaling an additional $30,000 annually.
