Senior Full Stack Engineer (Poland, Remote)
First Connect Insurance Services is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our remote team in Poland. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital marketplace, which provides independent insurance agents with access to over 130 top U.S. carriers. Our mission is to revolutionize the technology available to agents, offering consumer-grade software that streamlines their operations and accelerates business growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing robust end-to-end systems, managing interactions with various data stores and third-party APIs. You will lead the design and implementation of new carrier integrations, ensuring seamless incorporation into our product offerings. Additionally, you will support reliable databases and APIs designed for real-time automated decision-making, and deploy and manage software using industry-standard tooling like Kubernetes clusters and Argo CD. Collaborating in an agile environment, you will interview users to understand their needs and coordinate with Product, Design, and Business teams to deliver impactful features.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of commercial experience in software development, with strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and relational databases. Experience in startup environments is highly valued, as is a proactive approach to learning, particularly regarding AI and AI-based software development tools. A high degree of ownership and initiative is essential, along with a collaborative spirit that favors teamwork and mentoring. Fluency in both English (C1) and Polish (C2) is required.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from 26,000 PLN to 31,000 PLN net per month on a B2B contract.
