Account Manager - Sweden
As an Account Manager for the Swedish market at Trustpilot's Copenhagen headquarters, you will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of existing customers. This role is integral to Trustpilot's mission of building trust and transparency between consumers and businesses. You will act as the primary commercial contact, driving renewals, identifying growth opportunities, and positioning Trustpilot as a long-term partner delivering measurable business value.
Your key responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end renewal process to achieve high Gross Renewal Rates (GRR) and predictable retention. You will drive portfolio expansion through upselling and cross-selling, aiming for strong Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and overall portfolio growth. Additionally, you will build and maintain detailed account plans, stakeholder maps, and accurate forecasts in Salesforce, while leading commercial and strategic conversations, including business reviews and contract discussions.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Swedish and English, with proven experience working with the Swedish market and a strong understanding of local customer needs, buying behavior, and market dynamics. Experience in account management, renewals, or a similar customer-facing role within a SaaS or subscription-based company is essential. A solid understanding of retention, NRR, upsell, and cross-sell motions, along with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, is required. Familiarity with the digital advertising or search marketing industry is preferred.
