Account Manager
As an Account Manager at Wolt, you will be an integral part of our Sales & Merchant Operations team, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with our restaurant partners. Wolt is a technology company that started with food delivery in 2014 and has since expanded to deliver a wide variety of products in over 500 cities across 30 countries. In 2022, Wolt joined forces with DoorDash, continuing our mission to bring convenience and joy to neighborhoods worldwide.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, acting as their primary point of contact. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular business reviews, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies to enhance partner success. You will also collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, introduce new Wolt products, and ensure seamless communication between partners and our operations, support, and marketing departments.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or B2B sales, with a proven track record of driving commercial impact. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as is an analytical mindset to interpret data and inform decision-making. Proficiency in Estonian and English is required.
