Account Manager

The company is seeking an Account Manager to join its team in Baku, Azerbaijan, focusing on managing and developing relationships with enterprise restaurant partners.

As an Account Manager at Wolt, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of significant restaurant enterprise accounts. Your role will involve designing and executing growth strategies, leading commercial negotiations, and utilizing data to optimize partner performance. Collaboration with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Product will be essential to ensure the successful implementation of partner plans and to integrate feedback into Wolt's offerings.

Ideal candidates should have over four years of experience in account management, customer success, or commercial roles with enterprise exposure. A strong understanding of P&L drivers and unit economics is crucial, along with the ability to lead high-stakes negotiations. Proficiency in data analysis to derive actionable business insights is required, and familiarity with AI tools is advantageous. Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian is necessary to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
