Accountant - Financial Operations

As an Accountant in the Financial Operations team at AirTrunk's Singapore headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the regional finance team. Reporting to the Associate Manager of Finance, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Singapore, Australia, and Japan, contributing to the company's mission of delivering hyperscale data centres that meet the needs of the world's most transformational companies.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing the month-end close process, preparing accruals and prepayments, recording bank entries, handling VAT/GST matters, and overseeing intercompany accounting. You will also be tasked with preparing general ledger journals, performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations, conducting monthly variance analyses, and enhancing financial governance by implementing and strengthening internal controls, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting or a related discipline, along with 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in NetSuite or Yardi is advantageous. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and regional teams are essential. A desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is also important.
