Senior Solutions Engineer

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at AirTrunk, you will play a pivotal role in delivering customer-centric solutions within the rapidly expanding data centre industry. Reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering, you will collaborate closely with the Technology team and other stakeholders to understand and fulfill customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, producing key technical and sales collateral such as high-level mechanical and electrical schematics, and developing high-level space planning and engineering solutions tailored to customer needs. Additionally, you will lead the preparation of pitch decks and presentation materials for both customers and executives, coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposal development, and manage workshops and technical sessions with customers.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in building design, engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and AutoCAD is essential, along with a solid understanding of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities across all levels, and a proactive attitude are also crucial. Leadership acumen to guide multi-disciplinary teams across various geographies will be highly valued.
