As a Contracts Manager at AirTrunk's Singapore headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in managing and negotiating contracts throughout the entire lifecycle of data centre developments. Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, you will collaborate closely with various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include negotiating and drafting key commercial outcomes in new contracts, variations, and contractual correspondence. You will oversee contract lifecycle management, from initiation to project close-out, monitor contractor performance, and proactively manage contract works delivery. Additionally, you will assess and manage contract claims, including variations, time-related claims, payment claims, and invoices, while developing and implementing reporting tools to measure key contract metrics.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry and at least 5 years in construction contract and commercial claim management. Proven success in delivering projects in a contracts or commercial role within complex construction or development environments, particularly with contract values exceeding SGD 500 million, is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently and proactively, and strong influencing skills are also required.
