Accounting Operations Analyst

Ridgeline is seeking an Accounting Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in Incline Village or Reno, Nevada. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our financial processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance as we continue to scale in the fintech industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering procurement and vendor workflows, managing vendor records and documentation, and overseeing expense management processes. You will coordinate payroll preparation activities, monitor corporate card activity, and support tax and compliance processes. Additionally, you will assist with audit requests and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have three to six years of experience in accounting operations, finance operations, procurement administration, or payroll support. Proficiency with systems such as Ramp, Expensify, Levelpath, or Workday is essential. Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows while maintaining accuracy and timeliness are crucial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI tools, are also important.

Ridgeline offers a competitive compensation package, with a targeted cash compensation range of $107,000 to $134,000, determined by factors such as candidate experience and expertise.
