The Accounting Operations Specialist at Nabis plays a crucial role in managing and executing key financial processes across multiple legal entities. This position ensures the accuracy of financial data, oversees recurring reconciliations and adjustments, supports audit requests, and handles structured invoicing processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in operational accounting within a multi-entity environment.

Key responsibilities include reconciling internal subledger-to-ledger data to maintain integrity between platforms, performing account reconciliations related to third-party vendors and internal service providers, preparing journal entries including inter-company journals for balance sheet and income statement accounts, and processing and monitoring factoring-related adjustments and entries. Additionally, the specialist manages adjustments for reimbursements and deductions, monitors unapplied funds for offboarded accounts, oversees invoicing and service categories, and maintains accurate records of retailer reimbursements and related entries. Supporting audit and compliance efforts by preparing required financial statement documentation and assisting in internal reviews is also essential.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, along with 4+ years of accounting operations or general ledger experience. A solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes is necessary, as well as proficiency with financial systems such as QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets, and Excel. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines are critical. Experience working in a multi-entity or intercompany environment is considered a plus.
