Accounting Supervisor

Cermaticom is seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead our accounting team and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations and supporting the company's growth objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports. You will oversee the monthly financial close process, ensuring all reports are accurate and completed on time. Additionally, you will assist with the annual audit of financial reports and supervise the proper storage and documentation of accounting files and records. Managing and mentoring accounting staff will also be a key aspect of your day-to-day responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting and have a minimum of five years of relevant work experience, with a preference for those with public accounting backgrounds. Experience in the Banking, Multifinance, or Financing industry is essential. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and other financial software, and the ability to work independently under pressure are required. A high-energy, team-oriented approach is also highly valued.
