As a Merchant Relation Officer at you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, focusing on fostering strong relationships with small and medium-sized offline merchants utilizing our Merchant Apps. is a leading financial technology company in Indonesia, dedicated to simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining positive relationships with SME offline merchants, achieving sales targets within your designated area, providing comprehensive training on Merchant Apps to store staff, ensuring the proper placement of promotional materials in stores, and conducting promotional socialization programs for store staff. You will be specifically handling the Kediri area.

The ideal candidate should possess at least a high school or diploma degree in any field. Experience in leasing is considered a plus. For high school graduates, a minimum of one year of relevant working experience is required, while fresh graduates with a diploma degree are welcome to apply. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential. Additionally, candidates must own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
