IT Support Senior Staff
Cermati is a financial technology startup based in Indonesia, dedicated to simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online. The company is seeking an IT Support Senior Staff member to ensure the smooth operation of its IT infrastructure and support the growing needs of the organization.
The primary responsibilities of this role include maintaining and troubleshooting the company's IT operations, supporting office networks and internet connections, resolving various IT issues such as software installations and hardware problems, performing light coding to automate tasks, and setting up PCs and laptops. Additionally, the role involves researching and recommending IT equipment for procurement.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Network Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of one year of experience in IT support. Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS, as well as office applications and support software, is essential. Strong knowledge in network, hardware, software, and printer troubleshooting is required. The ability to work overtime and in shifts, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, is also necessary. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
