This role is integral to our operations, focusing on managing general insurance claims and ensuring seamless after-sales support. As part of our commitment to simplifying financial products for our customers, this position plays a crucial role in maintaining our service excellence.

The primary responsibilities include preparing weekly reports related to claims and placements, coordinating with the Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure claim completeness, and organizing policy documents and data. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the placement team to negotiate insurance offers and dispatching claim documents and policies to insurers or customers.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and have a minimum of one year of experience in the insurance or brokerage industry. Experience in handling claims and administrative support across various lines of business is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are required. A good command of English, both oral and written, along with a positive attitude and teamwork capabilities, are also important. Knowledge of placement and claim processes, as well as a strong network with insurers, adjusters, and surveyors, will be advantageous.
