First Connect Insurance Services is seeking an Agency Sales Development Representative to drive new agency acquisition and revenue growth. This high-activity, outbound role focuses on identifying, engaging, qualifying, and converting independent insurance agencies into active partners. The position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, metric-driven environments and are energized by exceeding targets.

Key responsibilities include managing a high-velocity pipeline of outbound leads with a strong emphasis on daily activity and consistent follow-up. The role involves executing high-volume outreach across phone, email, and other channels to engage and qualify prospects. Maintaining accurate, organized, and up-to-date CRM records, including notes, tasks, and next steps, is essential.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in insurance, SaaS, fintech, or related fields. Comfort working in a high-volume, high-activity sales environment is crucial. Strong consultative selling and closing skills, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities, are required. Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools is also necessary.

The base pay range for this role is $65,000 to $70,000 annually. Exact compensation may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience, education, location, business needs, and market demands.
