As an Agent Experience Coordinator at Compass, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment in our Arlington, VA office. This role is integral to maintaining smooth office operations and upholding Compass's high standards, while providing direct support to our agents in utilizing company tools and services.

Key responsibilities include managing daily office functions such as greeting guests, handling mail distribution, organizing in-office events, and addressing facility-related needs. You will assist agents with adopting Compass technology through one-on-one support, facilitate basic marketing tasks by creating materials from templates, and coordinate with marketing specialists for more complex requests. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to address agent inquiries and feedback, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and provide administrative support as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations. Experience in real estate and familiarity with enterprise technologies like Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence are advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for fostering community within the office are essential. The role requires the ability to work on-site during standard operating hours and the capability to lift up to 25 lbs.
