As an Agent Experience Coordinator at Compass, you will be the first point of contact for clients entering our Wellesley office, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves managing office operations to maintain smooth functionality and uphold Compass's high standards. You will also support a select group of clients by providing guidance on Compass's tools and programs, assisting with marketing requests, and more. This position requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to collaborate effectively with the agent experience team.

Key responsibilities include serving as the face of the office by welcoming guests, managing mail distribution, facilitating in-office event setup, and providing first-line support for office-related needs. You will be responsible for the overall appearance and organization of the office, maintaining supply inventory, and escalating facilities issues as necessary. Additionally, you will support the adoption of Compass technology and services by offering one-on-one assistance to clients, provide basic marketing support by creating collateral from templates, and act as a liaison to marketing specialists for more complex requests. Collaborating with other team members and departments to address client questions and feedback is also a crucial part of this role.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations. Previous experience in real estate is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Confluence is advantageous. Strong listening skills, the ability to connect well with others, and empathy towards clients' needs are essential. A passion for fostering community within the office, encouraging interaction and engagement, is highly valued. The role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of organization. The ability to work in the office during standard operating hours and lift up to 25 lbs is also required.

The base pay range for this position is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, with the final offer depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additional compensation elements, such as bonuses and restricted stock units, may be available, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
